- Make sure the batter should not be flowing as of dosa batter
- In an appam patra add 5 to 6 drops of oil/butter/ghee as of what you desire in each mould
- Add one spoon of batter in each mould
- Let it fry for 2 min on medium flame
- Turn it appam upside down when you find a brown/golden coating on the corners
- Let the other side fry for another 2 mins
- Remove on a serving plate
- You can just have it….cz it dont require any dip
