  3. After 15 minutes we will check as it will release some water don't add extra water the spinach will already lose some water. Once it's cooked you can add some green chillies.your Malabar spinach curry is ready to serve in Bengali we can say pui saag ER chochori. Serve it with hot steamed rice.
