  2. Prepare 2 handfuls sliced mooli/daikon

Spread the slices out on a tray and sprinkle over a little salt. Place the dried nori sheets in a blender or food processor and blitz to form a powder. Pass the cool potatoes through a ricer, masher or mooli, and mix a knob with softened butter, the tinned salmon, some sliced spring onions, some salt, and plenty of cracked black pepper.
