In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, flaxseed, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Add in the eggs, cream, melted butter, vinegar, vanilla and water into the dry ingredients and whisk well until combined using a hand mixer. The dough will be very sticky. - In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, 1 tbsp butter, powdered sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
- Beat until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cinnamon rolls and serve immediately.

The dough will be very sticky. Make the glaze by mixing, creamed cheese, butter, erythritol and vanilla in a mixer. You may need to add almond milk to get a smooth consistency. Take off the stove and/or make sure the cheese is melted, but not bubbling. Now add the almond flour and baking powder.
