  4. Add both eggs and milk, whisk together and add the vanilla - Whisk until smooth
  5. Now comes the butter- - While whisking the batter, slowly pour in the butter and stir until it's almost completely absorbed -you want to see ribbons of butter
  6. Pour in the greased pan
  7. Add the topping by heaping spoonfuls all around the batter -now take a knife or fork and swirl the topping into the batter - Don't mix it in! You want to see swirls
  8. Bake: - For metal pans, 350 for 25-30 minutes - For glass pans, 325 for 35-40 minutes
  9. When the cake is springy in the middle, it's done - While the cake is cooling, prepare the glaze - Let the cake cool for 10 minutes and then while it's still warm, drizzle on the glaze
