  3. Add risotto rice. Stir well and cook for a few minutes until rice is pearly appearance.
  4. Deglaze with 10cl of dry white wine and leave to reduce.
  5. Bring chicken stock to boil separately. Then incorporate into the rice a little at a time, stirring continuously.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and seasons.
  7. Serve immediately.

Add a ladleful of hot stock, cook over a medium heat and keep stirring until all the stock is absorbed.
