Place lukewarm milk in a small bowl or liquid measuring cup, and sprinkle yeast on top. Remove pan from the oven and cool the rolls on a wire rack while you make the glaze. For the Glaze: In a large spouted measuring cup, combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined. Combine: Add sugar, softened butter, whole egg, and egg yolks and mix until soupy.

Steps to make Cinnamon Buns (Overnight):
  1. Coat large tube pan with crisco.
  2. Mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon and the butterscotch pudding mix and set aside.
  3. Optional - sprinkle 1/2 the nuts or raisins or both on bottom of the pan.
  4. Arrange the frozen rolls evenly in pan.
  5. Pour the melted butter over the rolls
  6. Sprinkle the sugar mixture from step 2 over the rolls
  7. Cover pan with plastic wrap and leave on the counter overnight. In the morning the rolls will have doubled
  8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  9. Place tube pan on cookie sheet to prevent any spills
  10. Bake for 30-35 min
  11. Take out of the oven and immediately invert on large plate or cookie tray.
  12. Use spatula to scrape out the leftover sauce and put it on the buns while still hot.

For the Glaze: In a large spouted measuring cup, combine all of the ingredients and mix until well combined. Combine: Add sugar, softened butter, whole egg, and egg yolks and mix until soupy. Make the icing: In a medium bowl using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle or whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Add the confectioners' sugar, milk, and vanilla. Place the cinnamon rolls into the dish.
