- Once the tart has cooled down, remove it from the pan and brush on another layer of apricot jam. Optionally sprinkle some powdered sugar on the rim to make it look pretty.
Remove tart from oven; brush with some of caramel sauce. Stir mixture until just combined and crumbly. Fold up edges of crust over filling, leaving center uncovered. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over filling. Whisk egg and water; brush over crust.
