  4. Add mayonnaise, red crushed chilli, salt and into the egg yolks mix well till tere are no lumps in it. Then add fresh chopped coriander and mix.
  5. Put the better into the piping bag with nozzle and pipe into the egg whites.
  6. Peel and cut the potatoes. Wash and mix with salt. Fry into oil till golden and crisp. French frise ready. Serve with deviled eggs.
