  8. Get 1 (3.2 oz.) Package Golden Curry Roux (I used S & B Medium Hot)
  9. Prepare Salt (To Taste)
  10. Make ready Pepper (To Taste)
  11. Prepare 1/2-1 Apple Grated (Optional)
  12. Make ready 1-2 Tbsp Butter (Optional)
  13. Prepare 1 Tbsp Honey or Sugar (Optional)
  14. Make ready 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce &/or Worcestershire Sauce (Optional)
  15. Take 1 Tbsp Ketchup (Optional)

  4. Add Potatoes. Bring back up to a boil, and cook for about 15 or until Potatoes are tender. Turn down heat, and Add the blocks of Curry Roux, a couple at a time. Mix thoroughly. Add Honey or any other condiments you're using. Simmer on Low until sauce starts to thicken.
  5. Serve alone or with Rice. Enjoy!
