  4. Now add Apple Cider Vinegar..again Saute for few minutes..Add Veg stock..and Bay leaves or bundle of mix herbs.
  5. Let the soup Simmer for 20 mins till thick..on Medium flame.
  6. To ASSEMBLE. VEGETARIAN FRENCH ONION SOUP.(1-Serving)
  7. In a Oven proof Soup Bowl..add 2 laddleful of Prepared Onion Soup.
  8. On it place Thick slice of Toasted & Buttered Garlic Bread.(Cut thick slices from Garlic Bread loaf. apply butter on one side..toast in Airfryer for 3-4mins at180C orToast on Griddle on both sides)
  9. Now grate loads of both.. Morzzrella Cheese and Processed Cheese..on it.
  10. Bake in Preheated Oven..till cheese melt in 180C for 10-15mins.
