To make keema samosa, you need to make the samosa stuffing and the samosa dough. But Mutton Keema Samosa is so good for a meat-lover like me. Unlike North-India Navaratri celebration, there is no such restriction in food Odisha and west-Bengal. There are many places in Bangalore where Durga-puja is celebrated among Bengali communities.

Steps to make Mutton Keema samosa:
  1. For dough… Take refined flour and mix all the ingredients and rub flour with your hands. After that knead it to puri dough. Cover it up and keep aside.
  2. For Keema.. Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masala and chopped onion to it. Saute till translucent. Now add keema to it. Keema Will start releasing water cook keema till water evaporates.
  3. After that add onion paste and ginger-garlic paste and all the spices and saute again.cook on slow flame till the raw smell of keema disappears. Pressure cook keema for 4 whistles. Dry up all the water if any. Remove from the flame and keep aside.
  4. Add coriander leaves and chilli to it.
  5. Divide the dough into small portion and with the dough ball roll it. Cut with the cookie cutter and keep aside. Repeat same with the rest of the dough.
  6. Stuff each cutting with the keema and fold it as shown in the picture.
  7. Heat oil in heavy bottomed wolk and deep fry samosa till golden and crispy.
