  7. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Now flatten the dough with fingers, keep the edges thin. Place the equal size of keema filling in the ball of dough and flatten it. Bring the edges of the dough together and join them at the centre. Add salt, baking powder and few drops of ghee in the white flour and knead it with water.

Instructions to make Keema kachori:
  1. For preparing dough:-Take one cup all purpose flour add 3-4 tabelspoon ghee and some saltand a cup of water till it becomes soft dough
  2. For keema masala:- Take a pan add 1tabelspoon ghee add 1 onion chopped and saute well
  3. Add a chicken keema then add ginger garlic paste chilli powder black pepper powder and coriander chopped and some salt
  4. Take a dough make it into a round shape then add keema masala into it and roll it into a small circle with a rolling pin
  5. Then deep fry with oil

Bring the edges of the dough together and join them at the centre. Add salt, baking powder and few drops of ghee in the white flour and knead it with water. Make balls of this kneaded flour. Take a saucepan and fry minced meat with onions in the cooking oil. When minced meat starts to change the color to white, add ginger, garlic paste, gram masala, mashed cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder and cooked it well.
