  1. Boil 4 large potatoes, 1/2 cup peas & 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  2. Boil palak. Grind palak mint leaves and green chilli.
  3. .On a flat pan heat  75 gm  butter/ghee/oil and fry 2 chopped onions.
  4. . Add 2 chopped tomatoes or puree,Add 3 tsp of Pav bhaji masala and salt to taste.
  5. Garam masala for taste. Add little water and mix well.
