Pair this with steamed rice or roti for a wholesome meal. Ingredients of Keema Matar Recipe: A delicious blend of minced meat (mutton) and peas sauteed in a thick mixture of stimulating flavors. - Oil add or us Mein sabut garam masala Daly
- Then onion add kry or light brown kry
- Ab Lehsan adrak ka paste Daly or kuch mint fry kry
- Ab keema Daly mix well for 4to 5 mint
- Ab us Mein Dhaniya powder,salt,haldi,Lal mirch powder add kar mix well
- Ab Tomato add kry and cook until Tomatoes are soft ab Pani add kry jitne required ho
- Ab matar add kry or achy sy mix kry 5 to 10 mint
- Cover & Cook for 10 minutes or until pease or soft
- Garam masala powder Daly green chilli,green Coriander, or mint leaves add kar k mix kry or serve kry
Keema matar tastes great with all Indian flatbreads but I assume garlic naan is the best option. Don't keep the keema too dry. A light gravy as shown in the picture above is best as it allows the naan to get moist and doesn't give a dry bite. Plain basmati or zeera rice compliment keema matar very well. Usually, in Indian homes, rice and naan both are be served with keema matar.
