1. Put the olive oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. When they are translucent, add the mushrooms and stir carefully. Add the white wine, salt and pepper and let them on the stove until they are cooked and there is no liquid in your pan. - Add the balsamic vinegar and fresh herbs, stir and remove from the heat. - Put some cooking paper on a sheet pan and put your dough. Spread the pesto, add the shredded cheese and then add the mushrooms (along with all the tasty herbs and juices from the pan). Do that for both pieces of dough
- Put it in the oven until it is a nice golden colour. I used the air+grill in my oven (180ºC), for 10 minutes.
- Instead of the pesto sauce you can use tomato sauce. I mix some tomato pasata, with some ketchup and condiments (salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, garlic) and use this. - Both versions are super tasty!
