Mix in the cabbage, carrots and green onion. In a small bowl mix together the flour and water to create a paste for sealing the egg rolls. Take one egg roll wrapper and lay it with one corner pointing at you. Tightly roll up the egg rolls, enclosing the filling.

  7. Carefully put egg rolls in preheated peanut oil and cook until wrapper is golden brown.
  8. Allow egg rolls to drain in a strainer until all of the peanut oil has dried.
  9. Enjoy with your favorite egg roll sauce.
