  7. You may need to add extra water during cooking.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon at a time of the oyster and soya sauce until it reaches your desired flavour.
  9. When the pan is off the heat add the parmesan cheese.
  10. Check seasoning.
  11. When serving add the croutons, drizzle a splash of olive oil and enjoy.
