- Make ready 1 clove Garlic *grated
- Make ready 6 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- Get 3 tablespoons Lime Juice
- Take Sriracha, Sambal OR other Chilli Sauce of your choice *OR Ground Chilli
- Take Fish Sauce OR Soy Sauce as required *optional
