  11. Get 1 pound spaghetti pasta

  15. Take Chicken——————–
  16. Prepare 2-1/2 pounds chopped cooked chicken

Serve with grated Romano or Parmisan-Pegiano cheese on top. Place basil leaves, garlic and Parmesan cheese in a food processor and pulse to chop. Place the pasta in a mixing bowl, stir in the pesto and add roasted tomatoes. Mix gently to ensure the pasta is well coated in the pesto.

  2. Boil the pasta as instructed on the box
  3. Add basil, spinach, salt, walnuts, and garlic to a blender or food processor.
  4. Blend a little at the time till blended up good.
  5. As it blends add chives and chives oil. When added slowly add the olive oil.
  6. Add the Pesto to the spaghetti.
  7. Add the cheeses. Mix well I just tossed gently till all the pasta is coated.
  8. Add the chicken.
  9. Toss well let rest for 3-5 minutes.
