- Remove the shell from the prawns, devein, wash well and drain the water
- Marinate it with 1 and half tablespoon garlic peri peri sauce, degi mirch, salt and 1 tbsp olive oil
1. Marinate it for 20 minutes to 2 hours. - In a frying pan add remaining olive oil on high flame, add marinated prawns, stir fry for few minutes then reduce the flame to medium.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Most of the liquid should evaporate by now, dont make it too dry.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes more, Sprinkle remaining peri peri sauce and switch off the flame.
- Serve hot or warm.
I served my peri peri prawns with a Moroccan inspired. Pour the sauce over the prawns and season with salt and pepper. Pour the oil into a pan with a tight-fitting lid. As soon as the garlic begins to colour, add the white wine, chilli flakes and half of the parsley.
