  7. 🔸Whisk egg, sugar and salt together until the mixture foam and reach ribbon stage.
  8. 🔸Add melted butter-chocolate to the egg mixture. Gently whisk it for 10 second.
  9. 🔸Sift in plain flour and cocoa powder. Fold the mixture until it becomes thick, brown and shiny.
  10. 🔸Put mix nuts and coconut flakes on the tart base.
  11. 🔸Pour the brownies batter on top. Decorate with almond flakes.
  12. Bake it at 170°C for 20-25 minutes

I don't have a tart pan so I used my springform pan and it worked just fine. While the pastry case is baking, prepare the brownie mixture. Put the chocolate, butter and caster sugar in a large pan and heat gently, stirring every so often, until melted. Leave the excess pastry overhanging the edges of the tin. Gently melt the butter and the sugar together in a large pan.
