- Prepare 1/2 tsp Salt
- Get For stir fried veggies–
- Get 1 tbsp Oil
- Make ready 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- Make ready 2 Onions (finely chopped)
- Get 1 cup Mix Bell Peppers (cubed)
- Take 1/2 cup Mushroom (quarters)
- Make ready as per taste Salt
- Take 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Make ready 1 tsp Oregano
- Get 1 tsp Chilli flakes (optional)
- Take 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Make ready For white sauce–
- Make ready 3 tbsp Butter
- Prepare 3 tbsp Refined Flour (Maida)
- Prepare 600-800 ml Milk
- Prepare As per taste Salt
- Make ready 1 tsp Pepper
- Prepare 1 tsp Oregano
Cut the chicken into small bitesize pieces, season with salt and pepper and set aside. Blitz all the peri peri sauce ingredients together in a food processor until it becomes a smooth paste. Mean while, spray a large frying pan with low calorie cooking spray. Add in the onions, garlic and pepper and fry off until cooked through.

- First take a pan, add water. After adding water, add salt and oil. Once it starts boiling, add 1.5 cups of Macaroni Pasta.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Check the pasta after 10 minutes. We have to cook it only 80%. Make sure you don't over cook it otherwise it will break. If it is not cooked then let it cook for more 5 minutes.
- Strain the pasta and wash it with cold water to stop cooking. Add pepper to give it a nice flavor.
- Now let's prepare our Peri peri masala. For that we need red chilli powder, black salt, powdered sugar, Cinnamon powder, Garlic powder, Ginger powder, Salt, Amchur powder and Oregano. Take this masalas in a bowl and mix it well. So our home-made Peri-peri Masala is ready within a minute.
- Now let's prepare our stir fried veggies. So for that we first need to take oil. Once it's hot add chopped garlic into it. When the garlic changes its colour slightly golden brown, add all the veggies you like. I have added Onions, Mix Bell Peppers and Mushroom. Saute it on high flame until it is half cooked. Now add salt, pepper, oregano and Chilli flakes. And at last add lemon juice to give it a little sour taste.
- So now let's prepare our Peri-peri Sauce. So take a pan and add 3 tbsp Butter into it. Once it's hot, add 3 tbsp Refined Flour (Maida). Saute it until the raw smell of Maida is gone. Now add 600-800 ml of Milk. And whisk continuously, so that no lumps will be formed. Now add the prepared Peri-peri Masala and Stir fried veggies and mix it well. Check if the Salt is less then add a little salt. Add the Boiled Macaroni Pasta and Combine it well with the sauce.
