  2. Take 250 gm boleless chicken
  3. Get 1 1/2 tsp chilli sauce

  7. Make ready 2-3 tbsp flour (maida)

  13. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  18. Get 1 medium onion (sliced or cubed)
  19. Make ready 2 tbsp garlic chopped
  20. Prepare 1/2 cup cubed bell pepper or capsicum
  21. Prepare 1-2 green chillies slit
  22. Make ready 1 sprig spring onion (chopped)
  23. Take 4-5 leaves celery (chopped)

In the same pan, add the garlic, red chilli, soy sauce, tomato purée, and water. Stir and simmer the mixture reduces and is thick and syrupy. Bring to the boil and add the chorizo and chicken thighs. Add the chicken strips and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the tinned tomatoes.

Instructions to make Chilli Chicken:
  1. Marinate chicken with chilli sauce, soya sauce & pepper powder. Set aside for 45 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle corn flour, plain flour and mix well. Add chilli powder. If you wish to add egg, you can add it now, mix well.
  3. Prepare the sauce, add soya sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli powder, vinegar and sugar in a bowl & mix well.
  4. Heat oil and fry the chicken balls till brown, take it out and drain in kitchen tissues.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep or shallow fry till it is done. Keep stirring to fry evenly. When it is cooked drain in a kitchen tissue.
  6. Remove off excess oil from the pan, just keep 2 spoons oil in the pan. Add garlic fry for a min, add onions, capsicum, spring onions, celery and green chillies and fry till they turn slightly soft.
  7. Pour the sauce that was prepared at step 3. Let the sauces bubble up well.
  8. Add the fried chicken, mix well, if it looks dry, sprinkle water, saute on high flame for 2-3 min.
  9. Garnish with spring onions and serve with fried rice or noodles.
