  2. Prepare 6 tbsp arrowroot powder or cornflour

  6. Make ready 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  7. Get 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  8. Take 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
  9. Make ready 1/4 cup tomato puree
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp chilli tomato sauce
  11. Take 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  12. Get 2 tbsp honey
  13. Get 2 tbsp finely chopped onion greens
  14. Get 2 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds

Stir and cook till well blended. Toss in fried potato fingers and mix well.   7. Now fry the potatoes in the hot oil, fry on medium heat, by turning them at regular intervals, until becomes brown and crispy
  8. Fry the potatoes in small batches, so that they fry properly and heat temperature is maintained
  9. When they are fried, then take them out on an absorbant paper
  10. On the other gas heat oil for sauce, on medium heat
  11. Then add onions, saute for 2 minutes, then add garlic and saute for 2 more minutes
  12. Now add tomato puree, tomato sauce, soya sauce, mix them well, then add fried potatoes, again mix nicely.
  13. In the end add honey and mix well, switch off the gas
  14. Take out the ready honey chilli potatoes in a serving plate, garnish with chopped onion greens and white sesame seeds, serve hot.
  15. For better results and crispiness of potatoes, fry the potatoes half an hour before serving, so that they remain crispy
