  6. Take out muffins and let cool on a cooling rack. Enjoy immediately or let cool and store away in the fridge. You can reheat it in the oven to refresh the muffins at 120°C / 250°F for 10-15 minutes. Tastes fresh any day of the week up to 7 days.
