  2. Put in container put some leftover peas on top. Finish with some smoked paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Keeps 3 days in the fridge
  4. You can add any ingredient you like. For example. - Madras Currypowder - Sundried tomato - Harissa… - But I prefer it plain

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat and skim off the surface foam as needed. Continue boiling over medium-high, adding more water if you start running out, until the chickpeas are very mushy and falling apart.
