- Get Sriracha seasoning
- Get 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Take 1 Tbsp butter

- Take 1 shallot diced
- Take 2 garlic cloves minced

- Get 1 hot red pepper (I used a Serrano)
- Get Piccata sauce
- Get 1/2 cup white wine
- Prepare 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Get 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Prepare 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- Make ready 2 Tbsp capers rinsed
- Get 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Get 1 Tbsp parsley chopped
- Get 1 Tbsp chives chopped
- Prepare 1 Tbsp butter
Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and chopped parsley. Serve on top of sticky white rice. Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger and cilantro, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a shallow bowl, and add fish, turning to coat.
Instructions to make Spicy Mahi-mahi Piccata Over Pasta:
- Season fish with sriracha seasoning. Add 1 Tbsp olive oil and 1 Tbsp butter to a pan. On medium heat cook fish. About 5 minutes per side. Gets a little messy so you may want to cover the pan to prevent splatter. Want internal temperature to be 120° F. Remove fish to a plate and cover.
- Season the onions, pepper, and mushrooms with sriracha seasoning. Add vegetables to the same pan you cooked the fish in, along with the shallot and garlic. On medium heat cook until vegetables are almost softened. Add white wine and boil off most of the wine.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, heavy cream, capers, and black pepper. Bring to a boil to thicken the sauce, about 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add parsley and chives. Stir in 1 Tbsp butter.
- Pour entire pan contents over cooked pasta and mix. Plate the pasta and place fish fillet on top. Garnish with lemon slices.
Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger and cilantro, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a shallow bowl, and add fish, turning to coat. Lightly grease a clam-shell grill (like George Foreman Grill) with oil or cooking spray. Meanwhile melt butter in a skillet, add onion and garlic and soften. Add cream, lemon zest and juice and reduce to a light creamy sauce.
