  17. Take 2 tsp chilli powder
  18. Take 2.5 tap dhania
  19. Take Mustard+oil/mustard oil
  20. Make ready Ghee

Steps to make Amritsari chole:
  1. Take mustard oil and ghee in a pan. Add fennel seeds, cloves, cardamom, red chillies and bayleaf in quantities as shown in pic.
  2. Add chopped onions. Add Ginger and garlic.
  3. Add Tomatoes and tomato paste 1 spoon. If you don't have tomato paste add 2 more tomatoes. Let it cook for completely.
  4. Add haldi, chilli powder, dhania powder and salt.
  5. Add chola. Add stock. Let it cook.
  6. Add 0.5 tsp garam masala if you want. But should taste great without too.
