Meanwhile, spray a large frying pan with oil and place over a medium heat. A quick pasta using leftovers from the night before. Break up the tuna and fold it through the seasoned oil. Remove and reserve ½ cup of the pasta cooking liquid. Meanwhile, fill and boil the kettle.
