  2. Take 3 potatoes

Put the beef in a bowl, sprinkle with the flour and seasoning, then mix until well coated. Fry in batches, adding more oil if necessary, until everything is well browned. Add another tbsp oil to the pan and stir in the onion and carrots. This slow cooked beef and carrot stew is so tender and delicious as it has had time to soaks up all the flavours and really infuse the meat.

  1. In a pot put the meat and 2½cups of water… The reason i am boiling is because i need to get the broth which i will use when frying

  4. Fry until they brown. Add the ginger and garlic. Keep turning for 1 min. Add the potaotes, carrots and the green peas and mix.
  5. Add the tomatoes, hoho, rosemary and mixed spices and cover. Let it cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  6. Add the tomato paste and soy sauce. Add the broth and cover.
  7. When cooked. Remove from the heat and add the corriander.
  8. Serve with your favorite dish

Add another tbsp oil to the pan and stir in the onion and carrots. This slow cooked beef and carrot stew is so tender and delicious as it has had time to soaks up all the flavours and really infuse the meat.
