  5. Ab gravy ke liye oil Mein slice ki Hui pyaz shamil krain.jab pyaz brown hojaye to is Mein ginger garlic paste shamil krdain.
  6. Sath hi tamater b add krdain.
  7. Lal mirch powder, dhania Powder,haldi Powder,zeera powder,namak, aloo Bukhara daal Kar mix krlain.or Thora bhoon lain.
  8. Ab is Mein marinate ki Hui vegetables daal dain or dhak Kar Thora sa pakayn.itna ke sabzia half done hojayn full done ni krna hai.kion ke biryani ko dum daingay Jab sbziyan full done hojayngi.
  9. Ab biryani ki teh lagaty hain.sb se pehle pateeli Mein rice add krain.phr dhania podeena,or Hari mirch daal dain.ab half gravy daal dain.
  10. Phir again rice and gravy then last rice phr Hara dhania, podeena or zarda colour bhi daal dain.sath ho butter b cubes Mein daal dain is se zayqa bohat acha ata hai.
  11. Biryani ko dum lg Gaya hai mix Kar ke dish out krlain.chahain to is Mein koyla ka dum dai dain..
  12. Raitay ke sath serve krain.
