Sauteed the garlic, small Onion, Ginger until smells fragrant - - then add in the rock sugar sauteed until the rock sugar mealty then add water,soy sauce,dark sauce, spring onion,bay leaves,lime leaves, cooking wine, start anise bring to boil. - -after boiling add in the Pork belly bring to cook until soft about 45minutes
  3. Then add the chicken wings cook for 10minutes then add the hard boiled eggs Cook for 3minutes,off the flame 🔥🔥, let's in the wok for 45minutes
  4. Then take out, cooling down then slice it the pork belly put in the plate ready to serve
