  21. Get 1/2 tsp white pepper
  22. Prepare 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  23. Make ready 3 tbsp lard
  24. Make ready 3 tbsp mushroom water
  25. Get 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  1. Wash the rice and soak it in water for overnight.
  2. Soak the mushroom in warm water for 10 mins, reserve the water.
  3. Marinate all the ingredients (including mushroom) and mix them all well.
  4. Then remove the mushroom from the marinate, add corn flour to the marinate. Marinate over night.
  5. Next day. Remove the water and use just enough water to cover the rice. Steam the rice for 15 mins on heat 7.

  9. Place the bowl in the steamer and before you steam them, add 1 tbsp of mushroom water onto each rice bowl.
  10. Steam the rice for 30 mins on high heat.
