Instructions to make Braised minced pork:
- Mince the pork belly
- Chop shallots into half moons
- Deep fry shallots and add garlic cloves once shallots are slightly browned. Continue to deep-fry until crispy. Remove, drain and dry
- Stir fry minced pork belly until browned in a wok
- Add rice wine, soy sauce and rock sugar to pork. Mix together and cook for a minute
- Add Shao Xing rice wine and water. Place boiled eggs in the wok. Add the shallots and garlic and mix together.
- Simmer for 45 mins on low heat.
- Serve with rice
