  4. Now cook it till milk is reduced.
  5. Now add fresh cream and mix it well and cook it till it separates ghee.
  6. Now add sugar to it, mix well and cook it for 10 mins on low flame.
  7. Now add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits, mix well and switch off the flame.
  8. Our Gajar ka Halwa is ready to serve.
