  3. After 30 mins. Remove it's lid. See Carrots absorbed all milk. Now add Sugar, salt, Amul powder, Malai, cardamom powder and stir continuously in Medium flame for 10 mins.
  4. Check all it's water evaporate from the Carrot. Then grate khoya and dry fruits and cool it.
  5. Serve after 30 mins.
