  2. Then add the milk and cook for about 10 minutes or so. The carrot will soften a little by this time and the milk reduced by 80-90%.
  3. Add the condensed milk and mix again and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Keep the flame low and cook till the ghee starts separating. That means your halwa is ready. Turn off the flame. Serve warm garnished with almond and cashew. Bon Appetit!!!
  4. Note : *It's a lightly sweetened halwa. If you want you can add sugar or more condensed milk as per your taste. We prefer lightly sweetened halwa.
