  3. 3:When all milk evaporates, add sugar and give it a good mix. - Keep stirring and continue to cook on a high flame.
  4. 4:Add khoya,ghee and mix well. - Towards the end,add cardamom powder,nutmeg powder and dry fruits/nuts and give it a good mix. - Cover and put it on simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5:Gajar halwa is ready.
