  3. Add 2 tbsp of spicy sauce (Sambal oelek) with light soy sauce,brown sugar and 1 kalamansi juice or half lime juice and then stir fry with the cooked spam for 2 minutes
  4. Add dice onion and mix well then off heat and serve
