Fold each leaf piece to enclose fish. Place packets, folded side down, on a baking sheet. Combine green onions, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill in a bowl. Spread green onion mixture evenly over each halibut piece.

  3. To bake : layer the banana leaf on aluminium foil
  4. Put pollack fish fillet on banana leaf then top cooked spicy sauce then top with coconut milk and wrap up then baked it for 200c for 20 to 25 minutes then enjoy
