- Chop the green onions and separate the greens and whites into small bowls.
- Combine the soy sauce, sambal oelek, and fish sauce in a small bowl.
- Whisk the egg into a small bowl.
- Heat cast iron skillet to medium heat. Coat the pan with oil and then remove the oil from the pan.
