  2. Take a pan add oil and butter next add Chopped onions first saute till they are golden colour next add chopped tomatoes,garlic paste and saute for 5-7mins till all are mashy…
  3. Next add salt, boiled vegetables, chilli powder and lastly pav bhaji masala… Add about 1 glass of water and mix them well..
  4. Cook them for about 5-10mins, garnish chopped coriander leaves and cheese.. The Bhaji is ready, serve them with butter pav
  5. For pav - Take a bowl add flour salt, dry yeast, sugar and bind soft dough and rest for 2hours plus
  6. Next make a small balls, milk wash them and keep them aside - Next after another 1hour to bake for 20-250mins at 180degree
  7. Pav are ready brush butter over them abd and cover them with cotton cloth. After 15-20mins they are ready to eat. - Apply butter over the pav and roast while serving - Enjoy the pav bhaji with Salsa and garlic chutney
