  4. Add tomato purey and mix well, let it cook on simmer, add salt and mix.
  5. Make space for eggs in the purey, break one egg and drop it in the space, repeat for all 4 eggs.
  6. Cover the pan and cook for 5-10mins. Season with Coriander and serve.
