  8. Add the tofu. Treat gently otherwise tofu will break. Push and pour the sauce around the tofu
  9. Add sugar and soya sauce, stir gently
  10. Make a cornstarch and water slurry and add to wok. (Optional: add 1tsp of sesame oil) stir gently
  11. Serve and top with sting onion greens
