  1. Oven to 160 fan forced.
  2. Heat oil, sauté onions until soft, add wine. Cover and simmer 5 min.
  3. Add peas, Capsicum, tomatoes, increase heat, cook uncovered 5 min
  4. Heat to high, add soup, stock & Rice. Bring to boil string often.
  5. Cover and bake 15 min. Remove, stir well add chicken, cover and bake 8 min.
  6. If using seafood, remove now, stir well add seafood, cover and bake further 8 min.
