  1. Firstly, take a big vessel & add rice. Wash and soak the rice for 5-6 hours.

  2. Further, add salt and extra water (1 cup). And mix well. Make sure that consistency of batter is very thin like water.
  3. Now, heat a tawa pour the batter over it. And cook it for 1 minute on medium flame.
  4. Make sure that do not overcook the dosa from both the side.
  5. Fold the dosa and Serve the dosa with coconut chutney, sambhar or mint chutney. Enjoy.
