  2. After that gradually add water and whishk it well. The batter should be flowing consistency and not very thick. Rest the batter for about 10 minutes. At last add Eno fruit salt and mix it well.
  3. Now pour the batter immediately into the cake tin. And place it in the steamer or any kadhai or cooker in which you want to steam. Cover it and cook the dhokla about 20 minutes on low to medium flame.
  4. Prick dhokla with toothpick to check, if it is fully cooked remove the tin and let it cool down.
  5. Now we start to prepare tadka, for that heat the pan with some oil now add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Now add green chilli, curry leaves. After few minutes add water, sugar and salt, bring it to a boil. Switch off the flame add lemon juice and mix it well.
  6. Now remove the dhokla from cake tin and place it in the plate and cut it into square. Now pour the tadka onto the dhokla. Garnish with some grated coconut.
  7. Serve it with green chutney or tamarind chutney. Enjoy!
