- Take 1/4 Cup Peanuts
- Take 2 tsp Oil
- Take 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

- Take 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Butter
A favourite with the vegetarians, paneer made from. Making paneer jalfrezi recipe: Prep all the veggies and rest of the ingredients before you start making the dish. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot place the paneer pieces in it.
Steps to make Paneer Jalfrezi:
- Make purée of 1 Onion, 1 tomato, garlic, peanuts, ginger and cashews
- Now cut the remaining vegetables as shown.
- Now on medium flame take oil in pan give tadka with seeds and add onion and puree.
- When it changes colour add spices and Capsicum. Here I skipped chilli powder as I am making this for kids party.
- Add tomato and little water. Cover with lid and cook 2 mins. It will leave oil away.
- Now it’s time to add Paneer and cook it for 1 min.
- Garnish with coriander and butter.
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot place the paneer pieces in it. Once you get light golden color on one side, flip them fry other side. Paneer Jalfrezi is stir fry curry having chunks of paneer with onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers. The paneer along with the vegetables are well coated with the thick and spicy gravy.
