- Cover and keep to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
- On other side take a wok add water add tomatoes cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes till tomatoes tenderize.
- Chop the tomatoes with help of spoon and remove the skin. Chop and mash again. Add oil and cook.
